If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Order Cancellations Are Not Allowed .

Incase Of Pending Payment/Failed Order/Cancelled Order By System , Kindly Reach Us At with payment proof screenshots and order details.

However , we do offer Replacements in case of the delivered product has a malfunction or broken in transit .
To claim the Replacement Policy , You need to have a complete UNBOXING VIDEO of the package that you recieve .

Please Note - The video should be UNCUT ( 1 single video from showing the outer packaging to starting of the gadget )

In order to exercise Your right of REPLACEMENT, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

Replacement process

Upon Recieving the video unboxing and order details, our team verifies it internally.

Once the approval is given (max 24 hrs) , we initiate the pickup of the package from your address ( Free Of Cost ) and send the new unit once we recieve the item .

We will initiate the replacement shipping on the next working day (subject to stock availability) .
Please Note - Hand To Hand Delivery and Pickup of Replacements are not available with are courier partners.

Conditions for Replacements

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a replacement, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 24 hours. No requests are taken after 24 hrs of Delivery.
  • The Goods are in the original packaging.
  • Complete set of products are to be given back to our courier partner.

The following Goods cannot be replaced:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse replacements of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded.

Replacing the Goods

We provide FREE REPLACEMENTS . You do not have to worry about the the cost of return pickup and new delivery.


We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend to shoot a video (as a proof) showing the contents of the parcel being handed over to the courier partner.
